Kibra Member of Parliament Peter Orero on Monday launched nine newly constructed classrooms at Olympic Junior Secondary School. The new classrooms are aimed at meeting the growing curriculum demands and accommodating the 905 Grade 9 students currently enrolled at the school.

Orero’s office funded two of the classrooms, with the remaining seven supported by the national government. The MP praised the collaboration between stakeholders, including the NGCDF Committee, the Board of Management (BOM) of Olympic School, parents, teachers, and the broader Kibra community, for making the project a success.

Orero reiterated his commitment to improving educational infrastructure in Kibra, vowing to continue supporting other schools in the constituency to ensure the effective implementation of the junior secondary curriculum.
